Please be assured that your items will ship out within three days of purchase. If for some reason this time period is lengthened, you will be contacted by Sweet as Fudge by email or phone. Our products are shipped in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes and usually arrive within 3 to 5 days of shipping. If faster service is needed please contact us.

“Green” Policy

In order to reduce waste, save on shipping costs, and help in some small way to conserve our planet’s natural resources, we may sometimes reuse boxes we receive our products in. However, if you are ordering as a gift and would like us to use a new box for appearance purposes, please let us know and we will gladly accommodate your request.

Pricing Policy

Package weights and final cost per product may vary. Our products are purchased in bulk and then repackaged into smaller sizes. By not tediously making each package identical we are able to pass on significant savings to our customers. We may not be able to supply the exact price listed on each product but we will make sure that your final purchase total will not exceed your shopping cart total.

Out of Stock Items

Our goal is to achieve a 100% fill rate on all orders; however, there may be circumstances out of our control that prevent us from doing so. Any item that is not fulfilled on you order will need to be reordered. We do not maintain back order records.
